HEREU x TERRANOVA POP-UP STORE

In the heart of Barcelona’s Sant Antoni neighborhood, Terranova occupies what was once the historic Calzados Lluch, an early 20th-century modernist shoe shop. Operated by three generations of the Lluch family, the business remained open for over a century before closing its doors in 2006. The original marble counters, wooden cabinetry, and architectural details have been carefully preserved.

Founded in 2013 as a film production company by Luis Cerveró, Terranova shifted focus to publishing. Over time, and with more than forty titles published, Terranova evolved into a bookshop and gallery in 2021, now run by Cerveró and bouquiniste Lucía Boned. The space specialises in rare art publications, vintage editions, self-published fanzines, poetry, and essays.

For this temporary collaboration, HEREU takes the former shoemaker’s setting as a starting point, revisiting the space through the lens of contemporary design and craftsmanship. The result is a temporary installation that connects the present-day collection to the building’s original use.

The pop-up includes a selection from the Spring/Summer 2025 collection, as well as HEREU’s signature leather shoes and bags.
