HEREU curated photobook pairing postcards through quiet connections of shape, colour and mood. Presented in removable leather covers, each edition is stitched, embossed and hand-painted using traditional leatherwork techniques.

This limited-edition publication comes from an ongoing and quietly evolving collaboration with photographers from around the world. Over the years, HEREU invited artists to share a single image in return for a piece from the collection, a gesture of mutual appreciation and expressive exchange. These photographs, once turned into postcards, are now curated together in this book.

MEMORY. A Play of Twos is a compilation created as part of an art project. The concept is about pairing images from different photographers, times, and places, brought together by a sense of connection: by shape, colour, rhythm or simply a mood. Each pair reveals a resonance, a quiet dialogue.

This duality is also a reflection of the brand’s creative partners, both shaped by shared memories of Mediterranean summers and inherited gestures. The book closes with a text that reflects on these layered recollections and the ways in which separate experiences meet to form a new one. This book gives an intimate look into HEREU’s vision, where tradition meets abstraction and collaboration is a form of storytelling.
