SEGONA RESIDÈNCIA, meaning second home in Catalan, is an exhibition project by HEREU dedicated to exploring the private collections of artists and creative figures.
Throughout their lives, people engaged in creative practices often accumulate objects, images and materials that do not necessarily follow the conventions of a formal collection, but instead emerge from everyday life, personal relationships and encounters.
Each exhibition presents a selection from one of these collections, offering an intimate glimpse into the personal universe and sensibility of the individual behind it. In this way, SEGONA RESIDÈNCIA becomes a symbolic second home: a temporary space through which to discover another way of seeing.
