SEGONA RESIDÈNCIA means second home. It is an exhibition space dedicated to culture, focused on presenting personal collections as a way of understanding the trajectory, thinking and sensibilities of those who have assembled them. Throughout their lives, many people connected to creative practice accumulate objects, images, and materials that do not follow the conventions of a formal collection, but instead arise from everyday use and a personal relationships.
Each exhibition offers a concise selection from that personal collection: a precise reading that allows us to glimpse part of their universe. In this way, the exhibition functions as a symbolic residence: a temporary place from which to inhabit another way of seeing.
